Cancer Therapy and Research Center San Antonio, Texas The Cancer Therapy and Research Center provides outpatient radiotherapy and chemotherapy. In addition, the centre is a cancer research and scientific facility for the development, testing and data collection of new drugs and technologies including phase 1 protocols. The centre is partnered with the University of Texas Health Science Center and provides education and training as part of its mission in the fight against cancer. The original 4 linac, 32 station chemo unit facility has since been expanded with increased linac capacity and support space.

	Corpus Christi Cancer Center Corpus Christi, Texas Several independent medical and radiation oncologists merged to join forces to provide the patients/families of the Corpus Christi, Texas area with a comprehensive outpatient radiotherapy and chemotherapy cancer treatment facility. The 1 bunker facility is originally designed for future expansion of an addition linac. The chemotherapy treatment area accommodates 18 treatment stations. In addition, patient support and clinical lab services are also provided.

Dakota Midwest Cancer Institute Sioux Falls, South Dakota The Dakota Midwest Cancer Institute provides for radiotherapy, main cancer center entrance and reception, patient/family support and education services, and administrative functions. The upper two level provide for outpatient chemotherapy and support, physician offices/support, and other hospital functions. The center is connected to the main hospital.

	Mercy Hospital Cancer Center Bakersfield, California The Mercy Hospital Cancer Center is designed to provide the most efficient space for a 2 linac radiotherapy treatment center with a 3 treatment station outpatient chemotherapy service. The center is connected to the main hospital by an enclosed corridor link for access to other cancer support and administrative services which are located within the main hospital.

Mt. Carmel Regional Cancer Center Pittsburg, Kansas The Mt. Carmel Regional Cancer Center provides outpatient radiotherapy and chemotherapy to southeast Kansas. The original facility was designed with the flexibility to add a 2nd linac in the future which it successfully accomplished within 4 years of it opening. The facility provides for a 6 station open chemo treatment area with 2 private treatment rooms. Patient/Family support services are also provided within the cancer center in addition to clinical lab services for the timely turnaround of simple lab results. The center is connected to the main hospital by an environmentally controlled connection to the hospitals ambulatory services department.

	Sun Towers Cancer Center El Paso, Texas The Sun Towers Cancer Center provides for outpatient radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The single linac radiotherapy department is designed for future expansion of an addition linac. The chemotherapy department provides for 6 treatment stations. In addition, the facility provides patient/family and administrative support functions. The two story center is connected to the main hospital and adjacent medical office building by overhead environmentally controlled skywalks.
