Our specialist unit is based in one of the largest and most technically advanced cancer treatment centres in Europe - the St James's Institute of Oncology in Leeds. Our clinical partners include NHS specialists in the fields of oncology, neurosurgery, haematology and diagnostic radiology. Care at The Leeds Gamma Knife Centre is led by a team of Consultant Neurosurgeons (Mr Nick Phillips and Mr Stuart Ross) and Consultant Oncologists (Dr Paul Hatfield and Dr Carmel Loughrey). We also have a dedicated team of radiographers, medical physicists, nursing staff and clinical support staff. Care for NHS and privately funded patients - The Leeds Gamma Knife Centre has been designated as a provider of Stereotactic Radiosurgery to NHS patients. |
